*LOL* Rob, You just lost a first-time reader (an experienced real estate person too), who came here to see some marketing gems.
Why I'm laughing is that you referenced Australia's (News Ltd's) Andrew Bolt as a 'journalist'. Here in Oz he is a 'laughing stock' 'writing' in Australia's notorious daily 'rag'. The media only 'roll him out' when they need an ultra-right-wing opinion.

Like him, it seems you seem to be 'cherry-picking' the climate results you want from the 0.001% of non-climate scientists with whom who he/you doesn't agree. (And I have been trying so hard to not think of all 'Yanks' as red-necked Xenophobics who have mined Alaska! ) I'll stick to our brand of marketing over here for a while as you 'backwoodsmen' still can't even get a good looking website going anyway! *LOL* Copya.

Ps I think you are rude with your comments to people who don't agree with you. Who in God's name are you anyway, mate?! I'd never heard of you before and won't ever again, I'm sure! *LOL*

very interesting. I think green is good …. only in moderation. A full on paradigm shift to green is only going to cause more problems. Becoming more efficient and developing sustainable green practices the best way to go. I can't tell you how many memo's I've gotten about going green that have been put in my mailbox vs. emailed. Simply amazing

Really, Rob? I think what you've done is point out that your seemingly reasoned analysis is filtered through a particular political point of view.

For those of thus who enjoyed reading your detailed rationale, this is a disappointment. Knowing your political point of view so strongly alters your “logic” allows me to predict your conclusions with a fair amount of accuracy — Good for me, I guess, time saved reading.

FWIW, I didn't tell you what *I* thought about global warming as much as I pointed out the obvious-as-your-nose fraud that was perpetrated on all of us.

Seeing as how the subject was how realtors and the real estate industry should now respond to the news of faked data, I suppose others will find it valuable even as you choose to close your eyes and ears to the information.

By the way, if you think this is the first time I've let my politics show on this blog, you obviously haven't been reading it that long... I had a post up on Obama's election night for cryin' out loud.

Finally, it's worth noting that this is my *personal* blog where I air my *personal* opinions. Let me know when you see blatant politicking on my business site or blog. Kthxbai.

Well, you did it. You stepped over. You took the blog I followed for “Marketing, Technology and Real Estate” and you decided to tell me what you think about global warming. You lost cred and my readership. Not flaming, I will not be back to follow up on this. Hope you get the identity settled, but my decision is that someone unable to keep his politics out of his business blog is unfit to mentor anyone about marketing.
