McMonigle isn't even a broker, and he is representing that all the NRT offices worldwide are his. Again, amazed that CB hasn't smacked him for this yet. Well, not really, since he's producing huge amounts of commission income. Anyway, I don't understand why someone like McMonigle wouldn't get a broker's license and hang his own shingle. Teams like this are basically a company withing the brokerage. Why not jump and save yourself the fees you're paying into the Big Brand when you're at this level?
