Bingo! I love seeing that someone out there gets it. Sweet. Huge difference in work groups and high performing teams.

[...] tweet intrigued me, as I thought it likely had something to do with Mr. Hahn’s insurgent marketing in real estate series. @PatrickHealy immediately stepped up to the plate: @robhahn this should give you what you need: [...]

I'm amazed that CB is allowing McMonigle to run the way he is.

The McMonigle Group (although ostensibly part of the Big Brand Coldwell Banker/NRT, show me where you can spot those brands on the website) is anchored by John McMonigle.

True, the site has no mention of CB except for a small graphic of the Previews logo on the about page. Since it is CA law that every page of a RE website needs to have the employing broker info displayed I'm surprised that another jealous agent hasn't filed a complaint with the DRE yet. McMonigle isn't even a broker, and he is representing that all the NRT offices worldwide are his. Again, amazed that CB hasn't smacked him for this yet. Well, not really, since he's producing huge amounts of commission income.

Anyway, I don't understand why someone like McMonigle wouldn't get a broker's license and hang his own shingle. Teams like this are basically a company withing the brokerage. Why not jump and save yourself the fees you're paying into the Big Brand when you're at this level?
