I generated my business! My Internet presence brought in my business, not the Century 21 brand. I no longer saw the value in hanging my license at an office that required a split and a 6% franchise fee. The only think that HomeGain has going for them would be that the blog is on their domain name which is a plus but then you have to ask yourself, why wouldn't I use an Active Rain, Realtown, REW or Wanna Network Real Estate Blog?
