		<description>What always amazed me is the number of side issues that people would examine and say, &quot;the DOJ&#039;s going to fix that with their litigation!&quot; Divorced commissions, dual agency, termites ... you name it, someone believed it in spite of the actual facts of the case.

Now that the settlement has come, some still are expecting to see sweeping changes that had nothing to do with this case.

People see what they want to see.</description>
