Cool site. I rather think you need to increase the amount of stuff on houses/buildings that aren’t for sale. Otherwise, the site will look like just a marketing shtick.

What might work well is to do fairly detailed lust-driven posts about a particular house or building, something emblematic, something architecturally significant, and then have a way to associate listings with such articles. Something like “Find Houses Like This One For Sale” on the sidebar as an ad.

That would clearly identify to visitors/readers that the content is just pure houselust, while the ads might help them fufill their own houselust.

The idea is to network with RE Agents by letting them post their modern homes listings. I also go out and take pictures of all sorts of modern architecture around Denver. Readers are now sending me stuff as well.
